Description
The Airbus Tiller is one of the most important cockpit controls when it comes to precise ground handling. It allows you to steer the nose wheel and move your aircraft realistically, smoothly, and accurately across taxiways, aprons, and runways – just like in a real Airbus cockpit.
The RZTec Airbus Tiller was designed for demanding flight simulation and home cockpit projects. It combines high-quality craftsmanship, precise sensor technology, and an authentic operating feel. The true-to-life Airbus-style grip provides realistic ergonomics, while the integrated centering damper ensures smooth and controlled handling.
The integrated and dimmable illuminated Pedal Disc button expands functionality while enhancing cockpit realism. The lighting can be synchronized directly with your simulator environment.
Thanks to USB Plug & Play functionality, the tiller can be connected directly to your PC without the need for additional drivers. Configuration can be performed through the simulator’s in-game settings or conveniently via the RZTec Bridge software.
Flexible Installation Options
The tiller is available in several versions, allowing it to be integrated easily into a wide variety of cockpit setups.
- Standard round base with 89 mm diameter
- Dedicated 83 mm sidebox version for pre-cut sidebox openings
- Desktop version housed in a rectangular 100 × 100 mm enclosure
Many sidebox manufacturers already provide an 83 mm mounting cutout for tillers. For these installations, we recommend the dedicated 83 mm sidebox version.
An optional mounting ring is available to securely fasten the tiller from underneath the sidebox. The mounting ring is compatible with both sidebox versions but not with the desktop version.
